1 Charlie Bar cut into 4 equal pieces
7 grams or ½ tablespoon coconut oil, melted
7 grams or ½ tablespoon butter, melted
1 gram or ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
optional: few drops of liquid stevia
In a very small bowl, combine the butter and coconut oil. Stir the melted fats together until combined.
Add the cocoa powder and liquid stevia (if using) to the melted fats and stir until dissolved. The mixture will be very thin. To thicken the mixture slightly, place the bowl in the freezer for 30 second intervals at a time. Stir the mixture and return to the freezer, repeating the process (of 30 seconds in the freezer and stirring) until it reaches the consistency of pancake syrup.
Pour ¼ of the mixture, about 3.75 grams into each mold. Place ¼ of the Charlie Bar on top of the chocolate mixture. Allow the chocolate to harden in the refrigerator. Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the pieces and serve. Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
