INGREDIENTS

40 gram (3 medium) Medjool dates
1/2 cup (120gm) coconut oil - melted
1/2 cup (48gm) cocoa powder - Ghiradelli

DIRECTIONS

1Remove pits from dates then chop finely or push through a garlic press to finely mash, then measure.
2Place chopped/mashed dates, coconut oil and cocoa powder in a small blender and blend until ingredients are well mixed. We used an immersion blender in a tall cup.
3Pour into silicone olds or molds formed out of foil. Refrigerate to harden. Store in the refrigerator.
4To make the white coconut manna candy. Purchase coconut manna in a jar - we used Nativa brand. Melt the entire contents of the jar. We placed the jar on a mug warmer for 2 hours and stirred it occasionally. When manna is soft like peanut butter, pour it into silicone molds or homemade foil molds. Refrigerate until hardened. Use the Nutrition Facts label of the brand you chose for the macros and calories.
