INGREDIENTS

1 cup (240 grams) peanut butter, Justin's Classic
1/2 cup (113 grams) butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (113 grams) coconut butter (manna), room temperature
1/4 cup (30 grams) coconut flour
Optional: sweetener of choice
Optional: low carb dark chocolate

DIRECTIONS

1Combine the peanut butter, butter, coconut butter, coconut flour, and optional sweetener in a bowl. Stir very well to combine.
2If the mixture is too stiff to pour, set the bowl in a larger bowl of hot water. Stir until the mixture has melted then pour into silicone molds or a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
3Place in the freezer to harden.
4If using optional chocolate, drizzle of pour the chocolate onto the fat bombs. *Please note: the chocolate is not included in the nutrition macros.
