INGREDIENTS
50 grams sugar snap peas
10 grams scallions, white and green parts
11 grams olive oil
2 grams sesame oil
3 grams cider vinegar
2 grams soy sauce
2 grams sesame seeds
0.1 gram garlic powder
optional: red chili flakes
DIRECTIONS
1Slice the snap peas and scallions thinly on a diagonal.
2Combine the sliced vegetables with the remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors combine.
3Serve with a protein of your choice to make a complete meal. Grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon would be excellent choices.
