YIELD: 30 Crackers
MACRONUTRIENT RATIO: 1.7:1
120gm (1 cup) Flaxseed
120gm (1/2 cup) water
120gm/ (1 cup) Hemp Seed
20gm Olive Oil
5gm (4 tsp) Forward Seasoning – Penzeys
1Mix water into flaxseed and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
2Stir hemp seed, olive oil and seasoning into mixture.
3Spread on greased baking sheet such as a rimmed 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
4Pat down with a large spatula to flatten to the edges.
5Optional: score into crackers of desired size with a knife.
6Bake at 300 for 20-30 minutes. Test for crispness by breaking off a piece with a spatula.
7Allow to cool before removing from sheet.
8Store in zip-lock bag.
9Note: Use a 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet with rim
