A simple combination that will persuade anyone to eat avocado! The cool dill pickle is a great compliment to many entrees. Try this served with grilled chicken or shrimp. You can even combine with tuna salad or homemade tuna patties. Perfect for summer!

MACRONUTRIENT RATIO: 4:1
50 grams Hass avocado, diced small
36 grams Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle, diced finely
5 grams avocado oil
Optional: Salt, red pepper flakes, extra pickle juice
1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Add a teaspoon at a time of pickle juice to completely coat the avocado. Slightly mash some of the avocado pieces to thicken the consistency. Serve immediately.
