This sweet, savory, and a little spicy Strawberry Ginger Fat Bomb is delicious! The addition of fresh ginger and black pepper is a fun way to switch up flavor profiles and add a little excitement. This recipe is written in gram weights, but it is simply equal amounts of each ingredient (excluding the ginger and pepper). Simply change the quantities depending on the size batch you would like to make! The quantity of each ingredients may be increased or decreased depending on individual needs. You can easily increase the fat content by adding additional coconut oil. This size batch makes about 28, 1 inch by 1 inch fat bombs and the macros above represent one fat bomb.
INGREDIENTS
120 grams coconut manna
120 grams coconut oil
120 grams macadamia nuts, dry roasted with salt
120 grams fresh strawberries
10 grams fresh ginger
Pinch of black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1Melt the coconut manna and coconut oil in a glass bowl. We use an electric mug warmer and it works great!
2Combine all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade. Puree until smooth.
3You may eat the puree as is or freeze in a silicone mold. Freezing will preserve the strawberry ginger fat bombs for longer.
