Feel free to change the ratio of the ingredients to suite your preferences and ketogenic ratio needs. We happened to have a cute “Peeps” silicone mold, but you can use any shape you have on hand. 132 grams (1 cup) macadamia nuts, roasted
140 grams (1 cup) frozen strawberries
113 grams (1/2 cup) coconut butter, melted
113 grams (1 stick) butter, room temp.
226 grams (1 package) cream cheese, room temp.
1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You will have to scrape the sides several times. 2Spoon the mixture into silicone molds and smooth the bottoms with a butter knife. 3Freeze until completely solid, then remove and store in an airtight container. Keep frozen and thaw for about 5 minutes before eating.
