Silicone molds are fantastic for making fun shapes and seasonal treats. We especially love them for fat bomb recipes, like this one created by our keto recipe developer, Dawn Martenz. Pumpkin Spice fat bombs are only 4 ingredients and you probably have them in your pantry right now. They are 7.5:1 ratio, perfect for all ketogenic diet therapies. You will also notice there is no sweetener included in the recipe, we think the sweetness from the pumpkin puree and coconut butter is more than sufficient. Enjoy!

1/2 cup (114g) butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (114g) coconut butter, melted but not hot
1/4 cup (60g) pumpkin puree, unsweetened
1 tsp (3g) cinnamon or combination of spices including cloves, nutmeg, allspice, etc.
1Combine all ingredients together and stir until smooth. If the butter is too hot, it will not play nice with the other ingredients and refuse to incorporate cohesively, so room temp softened only! 2Scoop the batter into silicone molds and tap to remove air bubbles. 3Freeze the fat bombs until solid to remove easily without breaking. Store in the refrigerator to keep them the perfect consistency.
